Venops uses Google AdWords, for marketing services to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Protected information is shared with Venops expressly for the purposes of regulatory compliance services fulfillment and is at no time shared with any persons or entities. The sole exception pertains to using partially identifiable information directly with the HHS Office of the Inspector General or with state sanction authorities during a small percentage of investigation processes. Any transmission of such data is carried out with HIPAA-level security and encryption methods. In every instance, it is the policy of Venops that all protected information is permanently deleted and rendered irretrievable following its use.
