Each Venops account can have up to three authorized users, each with their own login, to share one dashboard:
- Your Venops account’s primary contact holds account admin permissions for payments, adding/removing team members.
All account contacts will have…
- …their own login credentials.
- …access to use any of the Venops regulatory compliance tools.
- …complete visibility of the compliance activities performed by other contacts.
How to activate secondary and tertiary contacts:
Only the primary contact for a Venops account can add team members.
- Login to your Venops account.
- Navigate to your account details & security page from the drop down shortcuts menu at the top right.
- Note the instructions for adding secondary access included on your account management page.
- Adding secondary access is as simple as adding a new email address for the secondary user’s access, which initiates a password reset and instructions to the secondary contact of your Venops account.
- Repeat the process to grant login access to the third person on your account.
